By accessing or using VetNara, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use VetNara.
2. About VetNara
VetNara provides pet-care information tools, including AI-powered pet guidance, pet photo analysis, pet profile management, pet medical record organization, nearby veterinarian search, owner community features, booking-related features, and related services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use VetNara. If the laws of your country require a higher minimum age or parental consent, you must meet those requirements before using VetNara.
4. Accounts and Security
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
5. Veterinary and AI Disclaimer
VetNara may provide AI-generated guidance and informational content about pets. This content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your pet’s specific situation.
VetNara does not provide veterinary diagnosis, prescription medication instructions, emergency care, or professional treatment. For emergencies, severe symptoms, or urgent concerns, contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately.
6. User Content
You may upload or submit content such as pet photos, pet profiles, health notes, medical documents, food records, community posts, comments, and chat messages (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, improve, and operate VetNara.
You are responsible for the User Content you submit. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use or share.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use VetNara for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Upload content that violates the rights of others
- Upload human medical records, government identification documents, financial documents, or unnecessary sensitive personal information
- Use VetNara to harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of VetNara
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse VetNara except where permitted by law
- Use VetNara as a replacement for emergency veterinary care
8. Community Features
VetNara may include community features where users can post, comment, vote, report, and share content. We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other action if we believe content violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.
9. Public Sharing
VetNara may allow you to create public sharing links for certain content, such as conversations, Pet Scan results, community posts, Pet ID pages, or public medical record access. Public links may be accessible by anyone with the link.
10. Booking and Partner Services
VetNara may help users discover or book services with third-party providers or partners. Partner services are provided by those third parties, not by VetNara.
We are not responsible for the quality, availability, cancellation terms, pricing, performance, or conduct of third-party providers.
11. Product Links and Third-Party Websites
VetNara may provide links to third-party websites, product search pages, online retailers, maps, directions, service providers, or other resources. We do not control third-party websites or services.
12. Intellectual Property
VetNara, including its design, software, branding, logos, text, graphics, and features, is owned by Narasystem LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

14. Changes to VetNara

VetNara is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narasystem LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of VetNara.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Narasystem LLC from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of VetNara, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
