Do not wait for an email response from VetNara if your pet has urgent or severe symptoms.
Account Deletion Requests
You may request account deletion through the app where available or by emailing support.
To help us process your request, use the subject line Account Deletion Request and send the request from the email address associated with your VetNara account.
We may need to verify your identity before deleting your account. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Privacy Requests
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy-related assistance, depending on your location and applicable law.
For privacy requests, use the subject line Privacy Request.
AI Consent Questions
VetNara may require AI/privacy consent before using certain AI-powered features. In your account settings, you may be able to review consent status or revoke AI consent.
If AI consent is revoked, some AI-powered features may be unavailable until current consent is accepted again.
Booking Support
VetNara may help you access booking-related features with third-party pet service providers. If your issue relates to appointment availability, service quality, pricing, cancellation policies, or provider-specific rules, you may also need to contact the service provider directly.
Community Safety and Reports
If you see community content that appears abusive, unsafe, misleading, or inappropriate, use the report feature in the app where available or contact support.
