1. Purpose of This Disclaimer

This AI & Veterinary Disclaimer explains important limits of VetNara’s AI-powered pet-care information tools.

VetNara is operated by Narasystem LLC and provides informational tools for pet owners, including Ask VetNara, Pet Scan, pet profile support, document organization, and related features.

Important: VetNara is not a veterinary clinic, does not provide veterinary diagnosis, and is not a substitute for professional veterinary care.

2. Not Veterinary Advice

Information provided by VetNara, including AI-generated responses, scan results, summaries, suggestions, and product information, is for general informational and educational purposes only.

VetNara does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship and does not replace examination, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed veterinarian.

3. Emergency Warning

If your pet may be experiencing an emergency, contact a licensed veterinarian, emergency animal hospital, or local emergency service immediately.

Examples of possible emergencies include difficulty breathing, seizures, collapse, severe bleeding or trauma, suspected poisoning, repeated vomiting, severe diarrhea, severe pain, bloating, eye injuries, inability to urinate, or any condition that appears urgent or life-threatening.

4. AI May Be Wrong

VetNara uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and analyze information. AI systems may make mistakes. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or inappropriate for your pet’s specific condition.

You should not rely only on VetNara to make medical decisions for your pet. Always use your own judgment and consult a licensed veterinarian when you have concerns.

5. Pet Scan and Image Analysis Limits

Pet Scan and image analysis features may attempt to identify pet traits, possible concerns, or general observations from uploaded images. Image-based analysis can be limited by photo quality, lighting, angle, visibility, breed variation, symptoms not visible in the image, and other factors.

6. Medication and Treatment Limits

VetNara does not provide prescription medication purchase links and should not be used as a source for medication dosing instructions. If medication, dosage, treatment, or prescription decisions are needed, consult a licensed veterinarian.

7. OTC Product Suggestions

VetNara may suggest over-the-counter supportive pet-care products when appropriate. These suggestions are informational only and may not be suitable for every pet.

You should read product labels and consult a veterinarian before using products for pets with health conditions, allergies, chronic illness, pregnancy, young age, old age, or medication use.

8. Pet Records and Document Extraction

VetNara may help organize pet records and may use AI to extract information from documents such as vaccine records, medication labels, vet bills, or medical notes. AI-extracted information may contain errors. You should review all extracted information before relying on it or saving it to a pet profile.

9. No Guarantee of Results

VetNara does not guarantee that any AI response, pet scan, document extraction, product suggestion, vet finder result, or booking-related information will be accurate, complete, available, or appropriate for your pet.

10. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether to use VetNara, whether to follow any informational suggestions, and whether to seek professional veterinary care.
